Ann knows San Miguel de Allende intimately. She’s watched it evolve over decades, never losing sight of the magic that drew her here. In 1995, she co-founded Casas de San Miguel, the town’s very first full-service real estate agency—launching a career that has helped shape the local real estate landscape. After the successful sale of the firm in 2000, Ann took a step back to focus on raising her family, while remaining deeply rooted in the community and the world of real estate.
Deeply respected in San Miguel, Ann is known for her warmth, integrity, and passion for helping others discover the beauty of life in Mexico. She has also served on the CPA Board at Culver Academies in Indiana and dedicated over eight years to the advisory board of Jose Vasconcelos, a bilingual, bicultural school in San Miguel that had a transformative impact on her children’s lives.
