The house consists of a two-story building, in which the house itself occupies the ground floor and the upper floor has three fully furnished and equipped apartments suited for Air B&B.
The house has a social area with a living room, dining room, and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a granite countertop with a small breakfast area. The main bedroom is spacious and has a large dressing room attached, separate toilets for him and her with bidets in each one, and a shower with a dressing area.
