Michelle (Mischa) Garrison

Michelle “Mischa” Garrison, M.Ed., has lived in Mexico since 2006 and raised her children in the vibrant cultural community of San Miguel de Allende. A Washington State native, she holds a Master’s Degree in Multicultural Education from the University of Washington and has dedicated much of her life to helping people successfully bridge cultures.

Mischa is the founder and broker of Sol & Stone Real Estate, a boutique brokerage based in San Miguel de Allende focused on helping international clients relocate, invest, and thrive in Mexico. Her approach blends professional real estate expertise with deep local knowledge of lifestyle, culture, and community.

Before founding Sol & Stone Real Estate, Mischa earned recognition as Rookie of the Year (2022) and a Top 20% Producer with Keller Williams Realty, and she is also a certified real estate trainer. Her strong communication skills, integrity, and client-focused service have helped many families navigate the process of buying and selling property in Mexico with confidence.

Fully bilingual and bicultural, Mischa specializes in assisting international buyers and relocating families. She guides clients not only through the real estate transaction but also through the broader process of building a life in Mexico — from understanding neighborhoods and schools to navigating daily life and cultural integration.

In addition to real estate, Mischa is the creator of Mexico Dream Life, a YouTube platform dedicated to helping people explore relocation to Mexico and understand the language, traditions, and lifestyle that make the country so special.

She also teaches monthly courses on Spanish language, Mexican culture, and social etiquette, helping newcomers integrate respectfully and confidently into their new communities. Mischa regularly organizes artists’ and creative retreats in San Miguel de Allende, bringing together writers, musicians, and creatives from around the world to experience the city’s rich artistic and spiritual traditions.
